Elected to the President's Office of the Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation of the US and the Board of Directors of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Dr. Brian Kinney is a reputable and skilled board certified plastic surgeon with the highest integrity. His academic training was received at some of the best institutions in the country. Dr. Kinney earned his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering after completing Harvard/MIT’s rigorous Health Sciences and Technology program. He then went on to attend medical school at Tulane University and was further trained in general surgery and plastic surgery at UCLA.
